The holidays are quickly approaching, and while you might be tempted to wait for November’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday to pick up big-ticket items, Dell is hosting an early holiday sale with discounts too large to ignore.
Alienware’s brilliant QD-OLED gaming monitors are receiving a lot of attention, especially with up to $350 in discounts on top models. I’ve also included some laptop deals that are too good to miss — up to $450 off!
These deals are only available for a limited time, so be sure to check them out before they’re gone.
Dell’s Early Holiday Deals: Quick Links
Best monitor deals at Dell
That score is thanks to the incredible QD-OLED display with perfect color and contrast, blazing 360Hz refresh rate that will keep up with even the most powerful PC hardware, and peak 1,000 nits with HDR enabled.
A $300 discount drops it to just $599.99, but only for a limited time. If you’re looking for something different — whether pricier or more affordable — keep scrolling for more options.
Best laptop deals at Dell
Dell’s early holiday sale also encompasses laptops, and the best discounts I’ve spotted are on the Dell 14 Plus and Dell 16 Plus.
These laptops, which many will know as “Inspiron” from before the major Dell rebrand, provide a great balance of features, build quality, and performance without a high price tag.
The top deal is on the Dell 14 Plus, which drops to $649.99 from the usual $1,099.99 at Dell. It’s an AI PC and a Copilot+ PC thanks to the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V CPU with 47 TOPS NPU, and it has a sharp 2560×1600 resolution. A 1TB SSD is a nice bonus, especially at this price.
If you need a larger screen, be sure to have a look at the Dell 16 Plus, which is also on sale.
What is QD-OLED?
Quantum Dot Organic Light Emitting Diode (QD-OLED) displays are a step up from standard OLED.
They deliver the same improvements to color accuracy and contrast that you’ll get from OLED, but QD-OLED adds quantum dots that improve overall brightness.
Do I need a curved display for gaming?
Choosing between a curved and a flat display largely comes down to user preference. Some like having edges that curve in, upping immersion, while others prefer the flat look without any bend.
Performance-wise, there’s really no difference between curved and flat monitors.
Should I wait for Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
Black Friday and Cyber Monday are headed our way in November, and there will undoubtedly be some big sales on monitors and laptops.
You can certainly wait until next month, but these current discounts of up to $350 on monitors and $400 on laptops shouldn’t be ignored. They’ll likely rival those you see next month.
