Honor X9d is now official and it’s centered around a massive 8,300mAh silicon carbon (Si-C) battery and its IP69K rating, which can withstand high-temperature pressurized water jets. The X9d is actually a rebrand of the China-exclusive Honor X70, which launched earlier this year with the only change being slightly slower 66W wired charging speeds.

X9d features a 6.79-inch AMOLED (FHD+ 120Hz), which is rated at up to 6,000 nits peak brightness. It’s equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset and features 12GB RAM and 256/512GB storage. The phone also boasts top-notch durability, featuring a shock-absorbing frame.

The back of the X9d features the same circular camera cutout as the X70 but you get the same 108MP main cam and 5MP ultrawide lens combo. The software front is covered by MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15.

The X9d comes in Reddish Brown, Midnight Black, Sunrise Gold, and Forest Green colors. The 12/256GB trim comes in at MYR 1,499 ($356), while the 512GB storage trim is going for MYR 1,699 ($403).
