If you’ve got a set number of apps that you use every day, or every time you switch your PC on, you may as well set them all to open on startup.

That way you’ll save a heap of time opening them individually. I know I personally like my Slack app to load up automatically without me having to do anything. You can do the same trick for any app you want to load on startup as well. Check it out below.

    What to do:

    • Type Windows + R to open Run.
    • Now type SHELL: STARTUP. A blank folder will appear on your screen.
    • Drag any app icon you want to load automatically upon startup into the folder and then close it.

Now the apps will automatically open each time the PC starts up. Repeat the process for any apps you’d like loaded on startup in the future.
