With the Samsung Galaxy S25 series and the new Galaxy Z foldables now launched, you might think Samsung is finished for 2025. But the company still has a few products on the way. We’re expecting Samsung’s first trifolding phone later this year, along with the usual Fan Edition refresh.

Alongside these, Samsung is also rumored to be preparing the next generation of Galaxy tablets. We’ve already seen early renders of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, and recent leaks suggest the tablets could arrive a month earlier than expected. Now, a new certification listing has revealed more details about the upcoming high-end tablet.
As spotted by XpertPick, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has appeared in the database of Finland’s SGS Fimko certification platform. According to the listing, there will be three variants of the device: SM-X936B, SM-X936N, and SM-X930. These are expected to represent the 5G + Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi-only, and South Korean models, respectively.
Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra might bring a bigger battery, but no charging upgrades
The listing also confirms that the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will feature an 11,600mAh battery, a modest 400mAh increase over the previous Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Additionally, it will retain the same 45W fast charging speed, just like its predecessor.
This may come as a bit of a letdown. Samsung’s next flagship phone, the Galaxy S26 Ultra, is rumored to finally upgrade to charging speeds above 45W. Many were hoping that Samsung would bring similar improvements to its flagship tablets.
However, it appears the company is sticking with its tried-and-true formula, keeping both the battery size and charging speed nearly identical to the previous generation.
Beyond the battery and charging info, not much else is confirmed about the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Some rumors suggest it could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and run One UI 8 based on Android 16, but we’ll have to wait and see if those details hold up.
