The Oura Ring is known for its plated metal finishes, but the fourth generation of the smart ring has received a fresh look with the introduction of the Ceramic Collection. Made of durable zirconia ceramic, the Oura Ring 4 comes in four additional colors, designed naturally with minerals: tide (soft blue), cloud (ivory), petal (light pink) and midnight (dark blue). Priced at $499, this collection offers sizes 4 through 15.
In addition to new styles, Oura has launched a new Health Panels feature, support for multiple rings and a device recycling program for those who want to upgrade their current Oura Ring. A portable charger is also coming soon.

Using 50 blood markers, Oura now offers deeper health insights.
Introducing Health Panels and multi-ring support
Alongside new hardware, Oura is also rolling out a Health Panels feature that allows users to schedule blood work directly through the Oura app, supported by Quest Diagnostics, for $99. This will allow users to unlock insights across 50 blood markers related to cardiovascular and metabolic health, including blood sugar levels.
Once users get their lab results, they can access them through the Oura App, and OuraAdvisor (the app’s AI-powered chatbot) will provide advanced insights and suggestions. Health Panels is HSA and FSA-eligible. However, it is not available for members in Arizona, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York or Rhode Island.
Along with this new health feature, Oura will now support multiple rings through the app. For the first time, Oura members will be able to seamlessly switch between different Oura 4 devices without losing data. This update is especially helpful for those who like to switch up their look and own multiple rings.
New portable Oura Ring charger
You can now purchase a portable charging case designed to keep your ring powered wherever you go. Each case is ring-size specific and is compatible with all Oura Ring 4 models, including the Ceramic Collection. The case is built with recycled aluminium and is splash-resistant. When your Oura Ring is in the case, a light on the case shows the ring’s charge level, and when your ring isn’t in the case, it displays the case’s remaining power. The portable charger retails at $99 and will be available in the coming months.
For those who are on the go, Oura Ring now has a convenient portable charger.
Oura Ring’s device recycling program
The company is also launching a new recycling program. Members who upgrade or replace models can now return their old Oura Rings to be recycled. This program is designed to reduce electronic waste and help members dispose of older models responsibly.

- Fill out the requested fields.
- Select a drop-off location.
- Follow the instructions for packing, labeling and shipping your Oura Ring.
- Drop off your Oura Ring at the selected location.
