The iQOO 15 will be unveiled in China on October 20 and will then get its global launch next month. Ahead of all that, today the brand has officially revealed the full specs of the phone’s screen.

This is made by Samsung Display using M14 material, which is also rumored to be featured in Samsung’s own upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra. M14 has 40% higher luminous efficiency, 44% lower power consumption, a 50% longer lifespan, and a 60% reduction in motion blur.

The screen has “2K” resolution and in manual brightness mode can go up to 1,000 nits, whereas in auto mode the peak is at an insane 6,000 nits. iQOO promises a Delta E of 0.27, so it will also be a very accurate display. It will cover 118% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

Interestingly, this panel doesn’t have a polarizer at all, in order to improve eye protection – and a side benefit is there won’t be issues viewing it through polarized sunglasses regardless of the angle you’re looking at. This unpolarized screen apparently reduces symptoms such as dry eyes, red eyes, and eye fatigue by more than 50% compared to traditional polarized displays.

The panel goes down to 1 nit at night, and it supports DC dimming too. This is on by default for high brightness levels, with 2160Hz PWM dimming being used at lower levels, but you will be able to manually turn on DC dimming across the spectrum.
