One of the worst things about everything being a touchscreen these days is that… well, we have to touch them. Phones, tablets, and even laptops are now constantly smeared with fingerprints, grease, smudges, and other buildups that have to be wiped away.
But who has the time to clean that many screens “the right way”? You know what I’m talking about—grab a screen-safe cleaner, a microfiber cloth, spray and wipe, then put it all back. I know you’ve been tempted to wipe things off with your shirt! But don’t do that.
When your screens are dirty, you really should use a dedicated screen cleaning spray and microfiber cloth. The results are far better—it actually cleans the grime instead of smearing it around and getting it on your shirt—and it doesn’t scratch the screen or wear down the protective coatings. But, like you, I hate the inconvenience of it.

The EVEO spray-and-wipe kit is both a spray (pre-filled with cleaning fluid that’s safe for screens) and a wipe. The bottle comes in a fitted cover made of a microfiber cloth material that you can use to wipe after spraying. The whole thing comes with a proper plastic case, too, to keep the cloth cover clean when not in use. And it’s refillable, so once you’ve run out of fluid, you can just top it up and keep using it.
To use it, you just slide the bottle out of its shell, spray the screen you want to clean, and wipe. Yes, it’s as straightforward as it sounds. I leave mine on my desk so I can easily reach for it whenever my phone, laptop, or monitor need cleaning. Easy peasy.

The hardness of the cloth material means it isn’t as good at wiping down some displays as a flexible microfiber cloth, so I have to be more careful than I normally would be. I’m always aware of the plastic ends of the bottle and the little window to the spray nozzle, making sure I wipe with the cloth, not the plastic. But that’s hardly complicated.
Having this 2-in-1 screen cleaning tool nearby is convenient, but it’s also paramount for screen safety. Lots of cleaning products will absolutely damage your digital screens and monitors, and even using just water can leave mineral residue if you live in a hard water area. Making sure I have a proper spray on hand means I never have to worry about using the wrong liquid and ruining one or more of my screens.
